The « Be Energetic » project developed a comprehensive set of lessons centered around three key themes: nutrition, mental well-being, and sport.

These lessons aim to promote a holistic approach to health, encouraging students to adopt healthier lifestyles both physically and mentally.

The nutrition lessons focus on the importance of a balanced diet, teaching students about the benefits of nutritious eating habits.

The mental well-being lessons emphasize the significance of emotional health, providing tools for managing stress and fostering positive mental health.

Lastly, the sport lessons promote physical activity, highlighting the role of exercise in maintaining both physical fitness and mental clarity. Together, these lessons offer a well-rounded educational experience designed to improve the overall well-being of students.

We also created a « Be Energetic » booklet, a valuable resource designed to guide students toward healthier lifestyles.

This booklet focuses on three key themes: nutrition, sport, and mental well-being.

Over the activities of three weeks, students will engage in self-reflection, learn essential information about these themes, and participate in fun challenges aimed at improving their overall well-being.
