This lesson focuses on developing the following competencies in students:
- Mindfulness Practice: Students will learn the concept of mindfulness, including how to pay attention to their thoughts, feelings, and surroundings in a focused and non-judgmental way. This skill encourages mental clarity and emotional regulation.
- Comparative and Superlative Language Skills: Through various grammar exercises, students will enhance their understanding and usage of comparative and superlative structures in English. This promotes more advanced language proficiency.
- Critical Thinking and Reflection: Students will be encouraged to reflect on their own habits, such as multitasking, binge-watching, and mindfulness practices. This reflection promotes self-awareness and personal growth.
- Stress Management: By identifying stress-inducing behaviors and learning the benefits of mindfulness (e.g., reduced stress, better focus, improved memory), students will develop practical skills for managing their mental well-being.
