As part of the « Be Energetic » project, Romania organized a special exhibition on medicinal plants, highlighting the connection between nature and well-being.

The exhibition showcased a 5 variety of medicinal plants, explaining their traditional uses and health benefits. All the material was designed by romanian students.

This initiative aimed to educate students and the community on the importance of natural remedies and how plants can play a role in maintaining both physical and mental health.

The exhibition aligned perfectly with the goals of the « Be Energetic » project, which promotes a holistic approach to health, encompassing nutrition, mental well-being, and physical activity.

By learning about medicinal plants, participants were encouraged to explore natural ways to support a healthy and energetic lifestyle, reinforcing the project’s emphasis on sustainable and natural health practices.
