Booklet for students

Booklet for students

We are excited to present the « Be Energetic » booklet, a valuable resource designed to guide your students toward healthier lifestyles.

This booklet focuses on three key themes: nutrition, sport, and mental well-being.

Over the course of three weeks, your students will engage in self-reflection, learn essential information about these themes, and participate in fun challenges aimed at improving their overall well-being.

  1. Start with the First Questionnaire: Before diving into the lessons, students should begin by completing the initial questionnaire. This will help them assess their current habits and energy levels.
  2. Three Key Themes: The booklet is divided into three sections:
    • Nutrition: Students will evaluate their eating habits, learn about balanced diets, and engage in a nutrition challenge.
    • Sport: They will reflect on their physical activity, explore the benefits of exercise, and take part in a sport challenge.
    • Mental Well-being: Students will assess their mental health, receive advice on mindfulness, and participate in a mental well-being challenge.
  3. Challenges: After learning about each theme, students will be asked to complete a one-week challenge for nutrition, sport, and mental well-being. This hands-on activity will help reinforce the lessons by encouraging students to make small, positive changes in their daily lives.
  4. Final Questionnaire: At the end of the three-week period, students will revisit the initial questionnaire to reflect on any improvements in their energy levels and overall well-being.

We encourage you to guide your students through this process, providing support as they explore these essential topics. By the end of the program, they will have a stronger understanding of how to maintain a healthy and energetic lifestyle, both mentally and physically.

Feel free to adapt the activities to your classroom environment, and enjoy watching your students grow through this enriching experience!
