The « Be_Energetic » Erasmus+ project aims to empower students with the knowledge and skills to embrace healthier lifestyles through nutrition, physical activity, and mental well-being. Over the course of 24 months, three schools from France, Romania, and Turkey will collaborate to promote balanced living, develop international friendships, and foster a holistic understanding of health. Participants will engage in diverse activities that highlight the importance of physical and mental well-being, and the significance of healthy eating habits.

1. Nutrition and Healthy Eating Habits

The project places strong emphasis on nutrition, helping students to adopt balanced diets by understanding the importance of food in their daily lives. Through workshops, students will explore the benefits of eating well.

2. Physical Activity and Sport

Sport serves as a dynamic tool in the project, teaching students the values of teamwork, goal-setting, and personal growth. Participants will engage in friendly sports competitions and eco-sport activities such as outdoor adventures that link physical activity with environmental awareness.

3. Mental Well-being

Mental health and emotional resilience are critical components of the project. Workshops on emotional management and healthy relationships will be integrated into the curriculum, emphasizing that “Mens sana in corpore sano” (a healthy mind in a healthy body) is key to overall well-being. Cultural exchanges, peer-to-peer discussions, and international friendships will enhance participants’ emotional intelligence and cultural awareness, fostering a strong sense of community.

  1. The Partenaires section presents the three schools involved in the project.
  2. The Project assessment tools section contains the initial report based on a survey and interviews with pupils about their lifestyles. This report was used to build a grid of 20 competencies to be worked on. A pre-test of these 20 skills was taken at the start of the project, and a post-test at the end. You’ll find the results of the post-test in this section, as well as the overall satisfaction report from project participants and the way in which we disseminated the project.
  3. In the Train your students section, you’ll find : lessons used to train project students and a downloadable booklet for your students. This booklet is available in 4 languages: English, French, Romanian and Turkish. It accompanies your students for 3 weeks to train and challenge them on the project’s three themes.
  4. Finally, in the Project productions section, you’ll find all the productions produced by the students throughout the project.
